As a minority, woman-owned brand, it is critical that we lead the change we want to see in terms of the access to resources and support for business owners from underserved communities.  We leverage our creative expertise in storytelling to amplify unheard voices through high quality content creation.
 
We are intentional in setting time aside annually to focus on pro bono efforts that capture the underrepresented and thrust their stories to the forefront for consumption by the masses.  This visibility and awareness serves as a spark, a starting point, for the courageous conversations that become catalysts for progress towards better understanding and equality.
 
We also draw on our community to create employment opportunities and teams consisting of some of the most diversely creative talent our city has to offer.  We are social disruptors who are not waiting for a seat, we are building the ‘table’, leg by leg, and supplying the chairs, so that we become creators of the opportunities we never had.
